Option 01Got an STL? Great.
- You send the file
- We check it
- We mill it
- We inspect it
- We ship it to you
You own the design. We own the production.
Send STLYou send us the case — we handle everything else. We design, check and mill restorations in zirconia, titanium, PMMA and glass ceramics.
Your lab is growing, but production eats up time, money and nerves.
You don't have to do it all yourself.
Hand the CAD/CAM part over to us — from design to checking the finished restoration.
Don't want to buy a milling machine? Don't want to keep a CAD designer on staff? 4Dental covers the whole path from scan to finished restoration. Choose what you're starting with.
Option 01You own the design. We own the production.
Send STL
Option 02No need to find a separate designer or pass the case between suppliers. From scan to finished restoration — all in one place.
Order a designFour stages we're responsible for. All communication happens in a messenger or by email — no endless back-and-forth.
Stage 01The restoration, from your scan and brief. If you already have an STL, we skip this stage.

Stage 02The STL, thicknesses, contacts, fit and design parameters — before production starts. If something's off, we'll tell you right away, not after milling.

Stage 03In the material you choose, on CAD/CAM equipment: zirconia, titanium, PMMA, glass ceramics, wax.

Stage 04Before shipping — so you get a finished restoration that seats on the model, not just “a part off the machine”.

You focus on the patient, the dentist, ceramics and aesthetics.
We handle the rest.
types of restorations — from a single crown to a full arch on a titanium bar

Monolithic restorations and frameworks for layering — anterior and posterior.

One-piece arches with screw channels — from milling to fit.

Abutments from a digital model, for your implant system.

Milled titanium bars for implant-supported overdentures and hybrids.

Crowns and veneers from glass-ceramic blocks for high aesthetics.

Temporary crowns, bridges and full arches for try-in and wear.

Clear splints from the patient's digital impression.
Not sure what suits a particular case? We'll advise when we agree the details — before the case goes into the machine.
ZrO₂Monolithic and frameworks for layering — from a single crown to a full arch on implants.
TiCustom abutments, bars and implant frameworks from your digital model.
PMMATemporary crowns, bridges and full arches — check fit and aesthetics before the final.
WAXBurn-out patterns for casting and pressing — a precise shape without hand waxing.
+Glass-ceramic blocks, CoCr, PEEK, splint materials. Message us and we'll tell you what we can make.
…and got back a restoration that seated on the model. Without having to deal with a machine yourself.
AbutmentsCrowns
Drag the slider: custom abutments on implants, then the same model with the finished crowns. One case — from milling the base to the final fit.
What matters to a lab isn't milling as such, but a predictable result. That's what we build our work on.

We check thicknesses, contacts and fit before milling, and the finished case before shipping.

Design, milling and quality control in one place. No passing the case between suppliers.

Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and discuss the case directly — no account managers in between.

We take cases from any EU country — a file or scan is all we need.
